I got some tips from my sis and a bit I did a research from the internet,..let get started.. J
First of all, make sure cleanse your face from makeup and dirt yaa..and also cleanse your hands well.
Pour ½ tsp of baby oil into one hand, rub it into both hands and apply the oil to your neck and face, upward and outward around your eyes, where the skin most delicate, using the ring finger of both hands.
Bring fingers of each hand straight together and with each hand pointing up to your forehead, thumbs under the jaw, press the edge of your hands firmly on the either side of your nose, hold for 3 to 4 seconds and repeat.
Release the pressure slightly and, rolling your hands on to your cheeks, slide your hands outwards, with your index fingers stopping in front of your ears, and apply a firm pressure. Hold for 3 to 4 seconds. Repeat again.
Make loose fists underneath your chin, and use both thumbs to slide upwards symmetrically around the corners of your mouth, in under your nose, around your nostrils and lightly off over the tip of your nose.
With your fingertips, press along the top of the cheekbones and massage outward up to the temples to release toxins.
With the middle and ring fingers of each hand, apply pressure to points above the bridge of the nose and underneath the eyebrows. Hold for 3 to 4 second and smooth across from inner to the outer corners of the eyebrows and continue up to the temples.
Close your eyes, cover your face with whole of both hands, fingers together and slightly cupped to produce a gently suction. Apply a firm pressure to the face, holding for a second before releasing.
Finally, using the whole hand, fingers together, apply pressure with the right hand to the left side of the neck, working from the base of the neck to the jaw but avoiding the throat front and vice versa.
Done....try out this simple step facial massage, for me..i memorise all them as my daily beauty routine when coming back from work..it really help!! JJJ
